A north Manchester woman, Tracy Capal, thought up a novel way on celebrating her 50th year. She persuaded 12 other ladies from the same school year to join her in this landmark by creating together a "nude" calendar. Nine months of planning came to fruition in November 2012 and here they are talking about the experience at the official launch of the calendar... which also raised around £40,000 for charity.

Ed Horwich was honoured to be invited to help write some of the last few characters to complete a new Sefer Torah scroll. He stayed to talk to Martin Sluckis, who was dedicating the scroll along with his brother. He then followed to procession talking the scroll to its new home in the synagogue in Whitefield, and spoke with some of those involved along the way.
